Showed up 5 minutes late for my drug screening and the Asian woman at the front refused to see me. She was extremely rude and sent me away without helping me even though the office was still open another 30 min. I pleaded with her and she refused to help me. I am disappointed with the lack of compassion from her. Just cold.
