I've walked through a few PresPro houses and while on the outside they look nice and like you are buying a high end house, the quality is superficial. One house in our neighborhood is on a lot that was graded so poorly that when it rains, the water puddles/floods in the center of the driveway. It's probably about 10ft x 4ft area that just does not drain. The builder has caused significant drainage problems for surrounding houses as well to the point that some neighbors are seeking legal council because the builder has taken little to no action to correct the problems. When you are working with a builder for a house that is going to cost you near 1/2 million $$, you expect that they will make sure that any problems are fixed. Not so with this builder.
