Not sure what happened this time but I have been here many times and have bought 5 sets of tires from here. I made a appointment a week in advance for 8:30am tire rotation and balance, arrived 15 min early and yes there were a lot of people in line.while standing in line I asked a tech walking by how long for the rotation and he stated we should have you out before noon WTF 3 1/2 hours after my appointed time!!! I don't and won't wait more then a hour to see my doctor! Made a appointment at the other store they took my car in and out in about a 1/2 hour and yes they were crowded also
