This little place can get awfully busy, so go at an off-hour. Thankfully there's one of those automated tellers out in the lobby, but unfortunately there's only one of them - which means that the line behind that backs up as well.
Didn't really interact with the staff so I've got nothing to say there. The people in line looked pretty pissed off, but then again this is Cleveland and people are generally unhappy here.
