Would like be to say I liked this based on other reviews. Kim was very nice. There were a couple of things I didn't care for - she used a dermal tool to remove the gel. I've gone to gel from acrylic because I hate the drill. Next I asked for a pale, natural looking pink shade. I selected a share, Kim suggested another shade and I went with her suggestion. After the first nail, I knew this was not the shape for me. I told her that. She said the second shade would look better and be lighter. It wasn't. It was not what I wanted. To Kim's credit she told me if I still hated the shade after a couple of days (and before 1 week) I could come back and have the polish color changed at no charge. I did not take her up on the offer. Instead I opted to go to another salon. Very nice people, clean, friendly salon, just not for me.
