This is a really cute spot to lunch or enjoy a dessert. I came in to get their well regarded Mini Banana Cream Pie. The last time I went, they were out. The visual presentation on their pastries and desserts is excellent and everything looked good in the glass case. Unfortunately, I was surprisingly underwhelmed by the Banana Cream Pie and I am not a tough critic on sugary foods. For me, there was too much cream and not enough banana. Also, I got 2 Mini Banana Cream Pies to go and they put them in a large cardboard box for me to take home. Since the bottoms of the pies were not flat, they rolled around in the box even though I tried to prop it to one side in my car. There was cream everywhere inside the box and one was upside down when I opened it. Fortunately, I wasn't intending on serving this to guests.
