VIOLENT CRIME WARNING!!! Violent home invasion occurred while inside the apartment. Viviani took no responsibility and would not even let us out of the lease. We paid on time, every time, and never caused any issues. But into our second year, when we were the victims of this traumatizing crime, they would not let us move out. Female and child occupants, scared as hell, cannot live there any more! And they don't care! We think this community and company should be avoided at all costs. Horrible, money-grubbing, despicably inhuman people running this company. Rent anywhere else, but not these bloodsuckers.
