Nice cozy shop, a bit away from downtown Gilbert so not as busy and has its own parking lot, so no need to worry about that. I like that it has baseball books (kid-friendly) and a big ivy plant draped all over--has a nice homey feel.
Scott and (I presume) Angelo were sitting watching the ballgame on TV when I got there...nobody was waiting. Scott took me right away. I told him what I wanted. I get trimmed with basically the trimmers as I don't have lots of hair, but I appreciate he took the time to use the scissors to trim my eyebrows. Got the standard quickie electric massage and had a nice neck shave that was not rushed.
Can't speak to the rapport between barbers and customers as no one else was there, but I will be back.
