I suggested this company, which was referred to me by a third party to complete a termite inspection for a home buyer. The inspection was completed in a timely manner, when it was scheduled. As soon as the buyer closed on the property he had a contractor come over who was shocked at the visible termite damage found when he was looking at the front door. How was this missed by the inspector.
We had decided to agree the property against future termite damage since we were told that there were termites in the trees that could fly into the house and attic. The inspection fee was to be included in the treatment fee.
After speaking with the owner of the company I was told that she does not care that the inspector missed the active termites. She said that we wanted an inspection and that is what we got and all she cares about now is getting her money.
I asked again about whether or not they guaranteed their work and what recourse is there since the inspector missed seeing active termites. Again she screamed at me and said she doesn't care and all she wants is her money.
This is a horrible company with horrible customer service. The owner admitted that all she cares about is getting paid rather than doing a good job.
