This is by far my favorite library that isn't named The Library of Congress. It is "off the grid" meaning that it's an independent library not part of the Cuyahoga County Library system. The staff here is exceptionally good at not only finding books you want to read, but also with making suggestions of other books that you may enjoy, too. To top it off they also house the Cowan Pottery Museum that features several pieces produced by R. Guy Cowan and his former Rocky River studio. Cowan, for those that don't know, was one of the nation's leading pottery houses, and the only one in the CLE area during the 1910's-1930's. This library is a great place to grab a book, view some art, and let your mind go wandering into the ether.
