Really don't like coming here and today was the last straw. I stop by when shopping at the BX every week and the baristas are not usually friendly, but today it was just rude how they treated my sister and I. Charged me twice for whipped cream, they had to remake my drink because it was hot the first time when I specified I wanted iced and when I asked the second time if they could add whip to my (remade) drink she gave me a look and demanded 50 cents. I told her I would pay and when I went to the counter to pay for it I asked the cashier barista if she had charged me the first time for the whip and she laughed in my face and said yes. As a barista myself I was extremely disappointed in the bad customer service and the extra charge. What a bad example they are of baristas, probably bitter about no tips because they work on base.
