I will be using Fletcher's more and more. I have found them to be honest in their assessment of work needed. Fletcher's also has the best prices (and if they don't, they will price match). Matt, the manager, is very helpful and customer-focused.
At my most recent visit, Lem worked on my car. I told him I was interested in seeing the issues he found. He said he would take pictures for me and show me afterwards. He did! He also showed me the old equipment he had removed and the new equipment that he had installed. I was very impressed that he would take the time to do that. He also fixed a blinking light (fuse) that I had not mentioned - no charge.
Prior to the visit above, I had tried taking my car in for work in the afternoon. The lot was jam-packed with customers' cars. --It seems a lot of other folks know about this shop. --I had to return another day, but it was worth it.
