So disappointed in this greedy company. They raised our auto rates 8.9% in January. When I called to ask why, I was told that it had nothing to do with our driving records (which are perfect) but it was due to them "re-evaluating" premiums of all Arizona drivers. Today I get an e-mail that says our rates are going up ANOTHER 8.9.% in August. I call them and get the exact same answer. "Oh, it's not you, it's the other drivers." Well, then why am I THE ONE PAYING HIGHER RATES?" So, I'm off to get quotes from the dozens of other insurance companies that are competing for our multi-line policies.
