I neither gave a feedback on Yelp but can't miss this one. The worst company either : not able to tell you at reservation to bring your own kid seat. Just tell you they can't provide you service you paid for and you have to help yourself. Not able to tell you they're sorry for this. Hope I will be able to get refund but I'm not sure. I'm an easy customer and usually don't complain but here service really sucks!
