It's not everyday that you spark up a rapport with people within 10 seconds of speaking on the phone. My first point of contact was Lori (who set up the appointment). Friendly, full of information, and eager to answer any questions I had. We scheduled my inspection and a few days later I met with John who conducted the inspection. Once again, a great person, very friendly, lots of knowledge to share (and informational points to give regarding his findings) with a very detailed report that accompanied his personal walk-thru of the property. Having not done this in a while, it was also refreshing to see his report accompanied by an iPad Pro, which contained hi-res photos of everything, and really made the whole experience feel complete. Fantastic service and I'm grateful I was recommended to them!
