A few days ago, an almost 90 year old widow living alone in her own modest home had heating problems. Someone suggested Honeybee A.C.. They responded immediately and found the battery bad in the thermostat. They also checked the unit and found a small hole in the heating unit that would eventually expand and allow carbon dioxide into the home. They assisted her to the bank where she withdrew 12,500 in a cashier's check to prepay for a new unit. A friend found out what happened and questioned the event. Honeybee returned the check and charged a very modest $58 for the call. Another company the same day installed a similar but plenty adequate unit for $5200. I do believe they gave the 90 year old widow the best break they could. If money isn't a consideration, seems Honeybee did a lot of things right. Merry Christmas.
