Took my cat here yesterday around 1:30 since he was having trouble going to the bathroom and this clinic is 10 minutes away from home and I wanted to get him help ASAP. No one in waiting room. Receptionist (who looked bored) said that there were no vets in the clinic and that instead of waiting the 15-20 minutes for one to come in I should just go somewhere else. No suggestions as to where I should go, just to go somewhere else. Luckily I made it to the vet hospital in Calgary, and he's being looked after. But why say that you are open but not have the staff there to do the job?? My poor cat had to suffer that 20 minutes or so longer because no one was able to look after him. I was livid. Never taking either my cat or my dog to this clinic. Even though it's the closest clinic to me I will not be going back.
