I REALLY wanted an ice cream mix - in (similar concept to a blizzard). The staff was very friendly and helpful, however the mix in machine broke halfway through making my large mix in order. I only received half of what i ordered because of it and I was SUPER disappointed! For reals! All I wanted was the yummy Oreo greatness of a faux blizzard. Instead I received a slightly melted, crushed cookie mess that was not blended. The only reason I am giving this Baskin Robbins three stars is because the gentleman assisting me was super nice.
