I had a wonderful experience at the Institute. My haircut was perfect (thank you Keely), The haircut was very affordable compared to others in Charlotte. I do want to call out the rude horrible customer who was serviced beside me. She criticized her student brutally for the whole experience. She even said to the stylist... "have you ever washed anyone's hair before" The stylist could not do anything right. The instructors could not even make this horrible women happy. This Stylist maintained her pose and continued to be professional with this bi##ch, If this women expected perfection maybe should have not been so cheap to go to a hair styling school. Sometimes
constructive criticism is acceptable but this woman expected blood. As for myself I received a great haircut and I will be back and hopefully the school will ban this woman.
