I needed to replace the carpet in a rental property that I own, and it was just time to finally upgrade to wood/ laminate. I went to Home Depot first and was honestly planning on using their product and installers. I settled on getting the new vinyl laminate flooring so it could go all over, including the bathrooms. Home depot was not only more expensive in price for material and labor, but it was kindof a pain to set up quotes etc.
I contacted VFD through yelp and Doug replied immediately with a very general quote (which I found hard to get from a lot of companies without them coming out to measure). I then went into the showroom and picked out my material, which was amazing because they have soooo many to choose from. Doug answered all of my questions and made excellent recommendations.
He let me take the large samples to the property to pick one. And then he came by the next day to measure. Super quick and efficient. My estimate was done within a day and the price was great! It only took a week to get the materials in, and they worked around my schedule to start installation. It was done perfectly and in a very short amount of time.
Im so pleased with the communication, the work, and the customer service. The price is better than everywhere, and they do an Amazing job. I highly recommend!
