I had a 15 mins. Consultation with Samantha. Right away she suggested a purple shampoo to keep the blonde from turning so brassy. First time I used it the look was amazing. Why the 2 stylist before Samantha never suggested it....I'll never know.i had confidence in her right away.
She said to pick out colors and styles I liked to give her an idea of what I was thinking. I also asked her to be honest and tell me the truth. Well she shot down my hair cuts but explained to me why they would not work in a clear and confident manner. I could easily understand why these cuts would not work out for my fine thin hair. Also the colors I chose were too light for my skin tone and not really appropriate for my age. Something I am very sensitive too. She pulled out the big book of color samples and showed me what she was thinking. She listened, asked questions, and expressed her opinions based on experience. I love the color. Is looks very natural, pretty, with carefully places high and lowlights. I was so pleased. She advised me how to care for my dry hair but did not push a single product. Just explained what I needed and why. She is chatty, funny, warm, and sweet. She works quickly but carefully. My 4th stylist since I moved here 4 years ago.. she is a keeper. Salon is clean and although busy did not feel crowed. I felt at ease and comfortable. So of course I made my next appt with Samantha. Ask for her, you will not be disappointed.
