Despite my better judgement (hearing bad reviews) I decided to give this place a try because it was close to my home. I was greeted and told to pick a color for my pedicure. A technician who never actually said hello to me started my water and then went to work on someone else. 20 minutes went by with no one paying attention to me until I asked the three people sitting doing nothing but staring at their phones who was giving me my pedicure. They pointed to a technician who had just started working with someone else.
Another 15 minutes - my water is cold and my feet are prunes.
My technician also did my nails like it was her first day of beauty school. I don't think she had very experience.
I should've listened to my gut. I don't know how this place stays in business.
