Their buffalo chicken grilled cheese was legitimately one of the best sandwiches I've ever had. First off, the bread is from a local bakery called Absolute Bakery (on Parliament) and baked fresh every day. They use challah bread and it was an amazing choice for a grilled cheese. The chicken was moist and tender on the inside with a satisfying crunchy exterior that really soaked in the buffalo flavours. The cheeses they used were top notch. Usually I find grilled cheeses to be too oily and heavy but this sandwich was neither (although it was a hefty sandwich). The large bucket of fries it came with were fresh and perfectly seasoned. Evidently a lot of care went into picking the right ingredients that pairs well. I can see why this item is their most popular dish. It was the perfect brunch entree and really hit the spot after a night of drinking. You have to try it! PS. They make their own buffalo sauce that is amazingggg.
