I eat at Lotus of Siam for lunch regularly and occasionally for dinner. My favorite dishes are Sea Bass with ginger, garlic Prawn and Thai fried rice. I have had a couple of Northern dishes that were a bit too spicy for me but all in all I cant say that I have ever had a bad dish here. The lunch buffet allows average people the pleasure of sampling awesome food at a reasonable price. The food has remained consistent over the years and that is why this place remains one of the most loved places in Las Vegas.
