So we've been to Brat Haus a couple times before and have always had a great experience. Tonight the service was off...it took us roughly 5 Min of waiting for a hostess to show up and when we received our appetizer we were sorely disappointed. We expected the usual hot, crispy cheese curds and what did we get...soft, cold turds. We will see how our sausages turn out....hopefully they are warm!
