I will never rent from Advantage again! Ever! Customer service is absolutely horrible! The employees at the counter are just rude and uncaring; they must really hate their jobs. I will pay double to rent from another company, I don't care. Never again! Zero stars if I could give it! By the way, all the other reviews seem to complain about a long wait. We were there late at night and there was no one in line, no waiting. This is strictly based on the dogshit attitude of at least 3 employees and the fact that they seem to get personally offended when you say no to their upselling.
