The receptionist was terrible. She told me she had the dr send out my meds to Walgreens in 10-15 minutes. I called in an hour later and she never had it sent out or changed my information as far as where to send my medications. Also, she never gave me a receipt. While I was in the back with the dr, my little sister was waiting in the lobby and she said the whole time the receptionist was talking about a woman who walked in. She had her lips done and the receptionist was talking about Lolo and lip jobs the whole time. I called the next day to make a complaint about how I don't get a receipt and the receptionist wasn't very professional. She totally ignored my complaint and said she would tell her manager to send my receipt. I'm from San Diego so I guess you can say I'm use to quality medical facilities! I would def fire whoever was working 01/2/17 around 2-3 pm.
