Super disappointed. Came here really open minded just to be let down. Needed my AC system to be looked at, it was blowing hot air only. I dropped my car off at 10am. 2pm rolls around and I still haven't gotten a call. So I call them, and they quote me at $1600 for a new compressor. My heart sank! I came by and grabbed it so I could get a 2nd opinion. Took it to Midas in Peoria and they found that it had nothing to do with the compressor. Fixed it, had cold air blowing and walked out paying only $100. During Midas' inspection, they saw all my freon was gone (which it wasn't before Firestone). Thanks for robbing me of that and my time Firestone!
