I have never stayed the night here but, have eaten at the restaurant on several occasions. Food is always served fast and it's outstanding. Restaurant staff is friendly and helpful.
Gift shop is cute. Could use more merchandise though.
The entire place is clean! Even in the places that normal people would never think to clean, yes even there you won't find any dirt or dust. Hats of to the cleaning staff! (Again. This is only speaking for the public areas because I have never spent the night in the building)
Twice we thought about staying here. The website was not able to answer my questions so after lunch I asked the lady at the front desk. She gave us the impression that we were bothering her and really was not willing to answer our questions :(
Suggestion. There is often things happening within the area and at the the place itself. However nobody knew of the events. Have asked time and time again about tours..... often the answer is something like; I'm not sure what we're gonna do it again but we used to do it always this time and that time, doesn't really help. The Front desk staff should have a list of upcoming events.
