Changing my review from 5 stars to 1. This place has gone down hill drastically in the last year. No good management in place. They keep firing all the good coaches. Classes are the same and getting boring with the same routine. It does not seem like they care about their current members and just want to make sales and bring in new people.

The owner reached out to me and apologized for the bad experiences I had. He also asked me to come back and try the gym again with the new coaches. I went back and have to say Coach Jae is one of the best in the industry. His DUT classes are best I've ever seen in this gym. Very high intensity and full of energy. He's very involved with the members and makes you feel like you belong. Happy to say they got their stuff together!
