This visit deserves no stars actually but since we have to give a star they only got 1. Yes I'm a female and I do change my own oil. However the morning manager was such a pig that I almost left and went to a different store. I bought a 5qt oil kit and I grabbed my oil filter. He began to tell me that I have to buy the extended life cartridge because that is the ONLY oil filter that works with synthetic oil. Hmmmm I'm not stupid and I wasn't born yesterday and don't let my gender fool you because I have used a standard Fram filter before with synthetic oil. Yet when I told him other wise he shook his head and walked off very unprofessionally.
News flash buddy, not only men can work on cars, women do too but I guess he still lives under a rock back in the 1950's. This manager was very unprofessional and makes me want to just shop at O'Reilly because at least there they don't discriminate based on gender.
