I'm not sure what's worse, no service or bad service. In this case it was no service. My wife and I were looking for a pick-up laundry service and this just so happened to give discounts to East End CoOp members, charge reasonable prices, and be located near our home; perfect, right? Well none of that matters if you can't get a hold of them to give them your business. Last week we emailed them, no response. Monday afternoon I called, no response. Yesterday evening, I called again, the phone was answered, the woman was very nice but told me that their (mobile) phone was dying and I'd get a call back this morning. Nothing. Is this a real business? So, we've decided not to use this business. The way I see it, if someone is being paid to pick up, clean, fold, and drop off your clothes, you probably want that person to be reliable, the kind of person that responds to phone calls and emails. Also, this is purely conjecture, but I'm not entirely sure the other reviews here are legitimate. Based on my experience with this place I've no idea how they would have earned a five star rating, not to mention that some of the other reviewers are not very established.
