I was losing interest at my old dentist office and decided to try Providence Dental in Chandler. My husband followed his dental assistant who always took good care of his teeth to Providence Dental and I decided to follow.
I was immediately impressed by the friendliness of the office staff who I may say does a great job remembering all the patients. Plus, you will never miss an appointment. I get an email and text message for a reminder with plenty advanced notice.
I did not know there was an orthodontist on staff, Foster Orthodontics. I have been wanting to straighten up my teeth for a while. I had braces before. My retainer broken and never bothered getting it fixed!! I wanting to try Invisalign. During my consultation with Dr. Foster he recommend traditional braces. Dr. Foster explained to me the differences between braces and Invisalign (price was not a big difference and not a part of the conversation). Based on the consultation and the most perfection I was after I opted for braces.
A month after my consultation and several stares in the mirror to psych myself up I was in the chair.
My follow ups varied depending on what was happening with my treatment. Dr. Foster did a very good job telling me what he was doing and what to expect. During one adjustment I was concerned my tooth was moving in the wrong direction and when I called the office they gave me Dr. Foster's cell phone number. When we spoke he assured me everything would be fine and I could schedule an appointment so he could look at what I was talking about. Of course there was nothing wrong I was just nervous.
The braces were on for just over a year which went by quick. And now... I have beautifully straightened teeth.
I WILL wear my retainer!!!
I would recommend any services at Providence's Dental which includes Foster Orthodontics. First impressions are important, the staff is great and the office is clean.
