We pay a decent amount of money for amenities to live here which includes maintenance on the grounds. My building has a serious ant problem. Unless you take care of it yourself they don't do much about it. The water is always running at this place. It's ridiculous. I've complained about it several times. There's no reason the sprinklers should go off every four hours in a desert. One of our pools has been closed for months. The other just opened but the hot tub is broken. All the weights were taken out of the gym and replaced with a TRX rope which is now broken. My kids bike got stolen and when I went to report it to the office they told me to call the security company who is supposed to be on site but rarely is. Oh also no response when I called the security company. The gate almost never works and is open. I've lived here for eight years and this is the worst management we've had. My children aren't allowed to watch movies in the theater anymore and the staff kicks them out. We never had issues like this with the old management company.
The area is beautiful but these little things make me not want to renew my lease.
