Maybe I'm biased because I've had such negative recent experiences regarding tire service:
1. A 6 hour wait-time at Prestige, w/no tire replacement! They were out of stock but apparently had to do a recall servicing to the software, and now my wife's dash is half-lit!
2. A 4 hour wait-time at Firestone (w/an appointment) - where they just left the full-size spare in the back of my wife's truck!)
I called Discount Tire that day, scheduled an appointment, came in early, was told it'd be a bit of a wait, 45 minutes. I laughed, briefly explaining my past experiences.
52 minutes later I had keys in hand and was on my way.

A. Providing effective, efficient service
B. Being $50-$70 cheaper than both of the other locations!!
Yes, that's right! Better service, and less expensive!
