I've came here about 5 times and there is usually only 1 or 2 employees running the show. The line is always full and the service isn't the greatest. All the times I have came I have to modify my order because lack of product. It's either they don't have bagels, eggs, or a certain flavor of coffee. Ran poorly by management.... I have been helped by a manager before and even she wasn't able to match the customer service employees usually give me at other dunkin donuts. Probably will drive the extra 5 minutes and just go to the Thomas and 99th location from now on
