My absolute favorite reptile store!!! I work at a pet hospital and we do partner with a store that sells reptiles but I choose to come here for 2 reasons. 1. Pets are local. 2. The AMAZING customer service from Ryan and Ty. I seriously look forward to our reptile conversations everytime I come in. Ty sold me my first crested gecko and ball python. I was interested in another gecko but was curious on bearded dragons. Ryan was incredible and let me hold one. I was terrified at first but here I am with my new family member and now my husband wants one so we will be back on Friday . I love how educated they are with all the reptiles and I learn so much with each visit. I also like that they aren't pushy at all like most other stores are and they don't get annoyed with my millions of questions. I can spend hours in the place but I try not to haha.This service is what separates you guys from all the other stores and keeps me here. My husband and I come in weekly thanks to the VIP club. I can write a whole book on how great Ryan and Ty are but I guess I will stop my review for now. They definitely deserve a raise and or bonus for how good they treat my husband and I. I ALWAYS feel valued and appreciated
