I would give this place a "0" if I could. The staff are extremely rude and are not well trained to handle anything. Their customer service sucks. There used to be a guy there named Anthony that was great but he is not longer there. I signed up for a $60 Senior plan with 2 lines and unlimited data in November. Every month they charge me $80 dollars and continue to argue with me that I signed up for extra hot spot coverage and Wi Fi coverage on airplanes. I did not. To get the $60 rate you have to do auto pay so you can never get the extra money back that you paid. I am reporting these folks to AARP and the Better Business Bureau. What a scam this Senior plan is!
