If I could give this place a zero star I will! This place is horrible! They never care about the children, they penalize you when your child is sick and would rather have a sick child come in for the appointment and see if your child's therapist will let your child go home due to being sick making other kids in the facility at risk for getting sick too!! They will give away your permanent spot when you go on vacation and your child misses 3 or more appointments, then when you come back you will have to wait couple of years to get back in the schedule. They penalize you for being late and cancelling your appointment and when you have up to 4 cancellations they will completely take away your spot! They charge $25 if you cancel your appointment less than 6 hours in advance without any consideration even emergencies! But if they have to cancel your appointment last minute nothing is done.. they only care in making money and not the kids! Never take your kids at this place!
