UPDATE**
Made an appointment for a complimentary deep conditioning treatment with Faye and showed up to my appointment to discover they did not make my appointment with Faye. Had my hair shampooed and treatment applied, the stylist attempted to turn on the television while I waited which required 4 stylists to attempt and fail. Had my hair rinsed with warm water, I've always known stylists to rinse with cold water after a treatment to lock it in. Left with wet hair, only salon I have EVER been to that didn't provide a blow dry as complimentary service. 30 minute drive for shitty service, never again.
How do you guys make an appointment here? I just spent nearly 15 minutes waiting for someone to answer the phone before I gave up. Would love to use the certificate I have for this location...
