This is without a doubt the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I wouldn't even be here if the airline didn't pay for our stay during a mishap. Lord knows I would never choose this hotel on my own or better yet, if I did I would find somewhere else to stay immediately. I'm still contemplating checking out st the moment. It's old. It's dirty, the customer service is poor. There were old and used towels in our room! How gross is that??? The toilet and shower don't look to have been cleaned. And I'm currently checking the room for bedbugs. As a SPG preferred guest I am highly disappointed.
