Adult SKYFITNESS Class! While looking for creative workouts on YouTube I came across "skyrobics" or as some may call it,"the trampoline workout". Once I learned you can burn a 1000 calories during a (1) hour session #gameon! I convinced a few friends to join and we attended the Monday night 7pm class. Pros: Class size of 7 was perfect! There were more open slots but we were such a fun group and many of us first timers. $5 bucks to feel the burn. On your first visit the class is discounted from $10 dollars down to $5. Our instructor was Sabrina and she was awesome! This isn't an easy workout and she's very encouraging. Don't underestimate the workout. It's really fun but don't forget your jumping on a trampoline for a full hour...harder than it seems. If you haven't been on a trampoline for some time, take it slow? I started to feel a little sea sick lol Cons: Schedule The only classes are on Mon & Tues nights at 7pm. There is one additional class on Fridays at 9am. We do wish there was a better schedule maybe Mon @ 7p, Wed @ 7p & Friday @ 9a & 7p? It's a workout we all would love to do 3 days a week, but you definitely need a day of rest in between, or a slower paced workout the day after. Overall we will definitely take more SKYFITNESS classes! I felt great the next day... a little sore, but GREAT!
