Finally decided on the hot tub we wanted, spent some time with Ketie and made a great deal. Unfortunately, there ended up being some issues with the deal we had made. Ketie was very apologetic and took responsibility for the mix-up. Ray was amazing to deal with, we found a solution that worked for both of us. Not exactly the original deal, but ended up being ok. Great guys to work with and very happy with the hot tub we decided on.
