I have been going to this location for over 10 years and have overall been happy with everything. The staff is extremely friendly and handles all visits thoroughly. This year my Primary doctor was unavailable so I was able to see Kathy Shields, for my annual exam. Kathy was wonderful! As others mentioned, Kathy made me feel extremely comfortable with her, she asked a lot of questions and answered all of mine. We talked for 20 minutes prior to the exam which made the entire process go very smoothly. I will definitely make sure I see her next time, when my doctor is unavailable.
One disappointing thing I remember each year is you cannot schedule your next year's appointment when leaving. It appears their systems only allow 2-3 months out of appointments. Not sure why since everything other doctor I see I am able to schedule a six-month and/or 12-month appointment when leaving.
They do however send a reminder email and/or phone call three months prior to your annual exam to allow you to reschedule. However, based on the fact people make appointments it is very hard getting in when you can, with that late of notice.
