I know it was during lunch rush, but it wasn't crazy busy (at least compared to a lot of places at lunch time in Scottsdale) and I told the waiter right off the bat I was on an hour lunch break so to go ahead and bring the food and check whenever they were ready. The food came relatively fast, but it was overall pretty flavorless (more on that below). However, it took a while for the check to come. On the plus side, the atmosphere was nice and the place felt pretty clean.
The Food:
I am a huge hot and sour soup fan and I was disappointed with the hot and sour soup - I can't quite put my finger on what was different with it, it just was lacking flavor/spice. The pad thai had a similar issue and was a clump of gummy noodles - I have had better pad thai and I would not personally recommend the food, especially for the price.
