There is a large collection of dresses here, for weddings and any special occasion (arranged by colour which is very helpful). I tried on 4 dresses and customer service was pretty good in the beginning.
But the minute I was serious about 1 dress and started asking more questions, (possible arrival date of the dress and alterations), the turned very defensive on me for some reason. They would not give me a range on alterations at all. It was so frustrating to talk with them about details. They kept saying "we don't know, we have to wait for the dress to come in". I'm not sure how this place sells any dresses without giving customers any info. I was just expected to pay first and talk later.
I left this place very frustrated and stressed. Despite the nice dresses, I don't think it's worth your time.
