I've been a customer of Biaggio's for a few years but sadly I will no longer be doing business with them. When I first found Biaggio's, they really had the best pizzas in the SW Vegas area. The pizzas were delicious and you could tell that they were made with good ingredients. They were also reasonably priced. What made this place even more convenient was that you could order online instead waiting on hold (this place would get busy during meal times). However, in the last year or so the quality has declined. The pizzas were still decent but almost every time I would order there would be mistakes. Regardless if the order was placed over the phone or online, some how some way the order would end up being incorrect and my wife and I would have to wait 30+ minutes for the correct order to be delivered (anyone who has been in this situation can attest to how frustrating this can be especially when you are hungry). At first they used to provide gift certificates and Mr. Biaggio himself would deliver the correct order with a sincere apology but this doesn't happen anymore. The drivers deliver the corrected order and hardly seem apologetic or sympathetic. This place has really declined over the last couple of years and it is saddening because I really used to enjoy their food. Hopefully they can turn things around before more people follow suit and bring their business elsewhere.
