My wife and I ate here on a weeknight on a recent trip to Vegas, and it was pretty empty. I ordered the half rib/half chicken combo and the chicken was dry, the ribs were fall off the bone delicious and sweet. My wife ordered the NY steak, and even though it was on the smaller side, she wasn't able to finish her portion, so I finished it off for her. Also, she asked for the steak medium well, and it definitely came out well-done. I like big portions when I'm ordering $26 worth of food, so I was a bit disappointed when my dish only came with a side order of fries - not even a carrot or two, or even garnish!
Our waitress was unattentive (I think her name is Abby?), and I was only able to get my A-1 sauce when what seemed the manager walked by and asked how we were doing and we were finally able to get some service.
