I had a very pleasant experience with these guys. My husband and I noticed bites on our legs and didn't think they were mosquito bites. Immediately, I thought of bed bugs and freaked out. I called the first number I could find, which was them, and they came out within two hours. The girl I spoke with on the phone was very pleasant and knowledgable about bed bugs. She answered my questions over the phone and even gave me an accurate quote. She told me the charge for just the inspection if I didn't end up having bed bugs, and kindly asked me if that was ok. The guy came out and found them. He showed us and told us what to look for. I had him inspect other areas to put my mind at ease. He was patient and knowledgable. I cannot comment on if their pricing is good or not because I've never had bed bugs, but I was happy to pay whatever it was. He sprayed the house and will be coming back in two weeks. I was very happy with the service.
