This review is for store 92 inside the Miracle Shops at Planet Hollywood. I stopped by for a bracelet cleaning and to check out some stoppers on 12/18. There were two old biddies working inside the store and when the one with the red hair (I regret not getting their names) realized all I wanted was a cleaning she literally pushed a younger girl towards me and said "you help her." When I started looking at the stoppers the old biddies started arguing with me over the weight distribution of my charms. The younger girl brought out some black rubber stoppers that keep the charms from moving around. All I wanted was one of those for a temporary fix. The old biddies refused to give me one because "it's not good for the bracelet." Look it's my bracelet and this is what I asked for. They refused to help me so I walked out, I will spend my money at another Pandora just because of the two grumpy old ladies working in this store.
